All TRUE documents are secured with blockchain technology and can be verified as genuine. Click the verification button next to the document or scan the QR code with your smartphone's camera. No app is required - the document's authenticity is verified instantly.
Can others see my personal identification number or sensitive information?
No, TRUE advises our customers to never publicly display sensitive information such as personal identification numbers. Our technology ensures that such information is only visible to you as the document owner when you are logged in.
Do you want to see how your document looks to others? Click on "Log out" under the document. Then only the information that is publicly available will be displayed.

Can I hide or remove a document after it has been published online?
Yes, you can hide the document by changing the privacy settings to 'Private'. You can also hide it from search engines. Click on the link "Log in" under your document, then select "Privacy settings" next to the link "Log in", and follow the instructions.
An already published document can also be deleted – if you want to do that, it is best to contact the publisher of the document.
How long is my document valid?
A TRUE document is always verifiable as long as it is online. If the validity period is limited, it is determined by the organization that issued the document, and is then displayed on the document.
Can I transfer my document to someone else?
No, a TRUE document is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The document is linked to the recipient it was originally issued to, to ensure authenticity. The exception applies to authenticity certificates and ownership certificates – as the products they belong to can change ownership.
